The one that we most often use is "Need Office Space" as it has the best office information profiles, which can help you make a better decision about where you want your new office to be.  Sometimes office broker companies will try and fit you to places that may not be exactly where you want to work.  Nothing can beat knowing the local area, but it is still the best way to find office space.

Office Cleaning Supplies

When you do move in to a new office, we ALWAYS recommend that it is cleaned extremely well before its first use as you never know who or what has been in there.  Get some strong bleach, carpet and upholstery cleaner and general office chemical cleaning products for metal work and so on, just to be safe.  We recommend a local company, The Chemical Hut (chemicalproducts.net), based in Longton, Stoke on Trent, for any chemical cleaning supplies for the office that you need.
